  • Lumara is an integrated business development and digital solutions company. We work across commercial strategy, Japan market entry, venture development, software and digital operations, brand, marketing and ongoing growth. Clients engage us around a business outcome rather than purchasing unrelated small tasks.

  • Blueprints typically take 3–8 weeks. Brand and market-experience engagements commonly take 6–10 weeks. Software and establishment programs may take several months. Complex multi-module platforms and 360° business builds are scope-defined

  • No serious professional should. Lumara provides analysis, strategy and execution designed to improve decision quality and operating readiness. Market outcomes depend on the business, investment, timing, customer response and factors outside Lumara’s control. Search engines and regulated authorities make their own decisions.

  • Yes. While Blueprints address complex problems, Lumara also accepts focused projects like audits, automation, web design, branding, social media, SEO, market research, B2B outreach, or Japan-market coordination.

  • Yes. The initial 45-minute consultation is complimentary and is used to understand the business question, explain where Lumara may fit and identify an appropriate next step. It is not legal, immigration, tax or accounting advice, and it does not obligate you to purchase a service.
